  1. Consider reading "Success Stories: Developmental Education in the Florida College System," which can be found on the NADE website at www.nade.net. It's under the "What's New" icon on the right edge of the webpage.

  2. Don't forget that the Kellogg Institute is a valuable professional development program for developmental educators. Today it is especially useful to be well-versed in the research that reinforces what DevEd does and how it benefits students. The Kellogg Institute gives practitioners a comprehensive grounding in the literature and theories that support developmental education and creates invaluable networking communities with colleagues from across the country.

The 2013 Kellogg Institute, hosted by the National Center for Developmental Education, will be held June 29 - July 26 at Appaplachian State University in Boone, NC. More details are available at the Web site: http://ncde.appstate.edu/kellogg-institute
